Kids can discover the magic of making butter and whipped cream at a hands-on community class with Chef Roux at India Basin Waterfront Park (900 Innes Avenue). The Food Pavilion’s inaugural kids-only event takes place on Wednesday, October 8 from 5 to 7 p.m. Young participants will shake, whip, and taste their way through the process of creating fresh butter and fluffy whipped cream from scratch.
