Papa Rudy’s, a proud family-owned business, has been serving Bayview–Hunters Point community for over 30 years. Founded in 1993 by Chef Garland Steuben, it is a local staple for slow-cooked marinated barbecue and soul food with a family vibe. Today, the second generation keeps the tradition alive, and will be bringing the same authentic flavors to The Food Pavilion on Saturdays and Sundays.
