The Food Pavilion at India Basin Waterfront Park (900 Innes Avenue) will host two vendors this month, beginning with Pimiento Pacific Spice Kitchen on Saturday and Sunday, October 10 and 11 from noon to 6 p.m. Chef Maritza Hurtado will serve Colombian dishes including empanadas, seafood, stews and more.
