Work to stabilize the soil and form the general contours of the park continue at India Basin Shoreline Park with the aim to get the site ready for the construction of park features later this year and throughout 2027. A drill rig was onsite installing specialized drains to create a more stable surface for park features. This summer, crews will begin earthwork and grading to create a gentler connection between the newly opened park and the coming site to the north.
