Meet Chef Elishanay Daniels of Fusion Rolls at The Food Pavilion on Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1 from noon to 6 p.m. both days.

Daniels puts her own spin on comfort-food favorites with crispy eggrolls filled with jerk chicken Alfredo or Philly cheesesteak.
