Celebrate Halloween at India Basin Waterfront Park (900 Innes Avenue) on Saturday, October 31 from noon to 6 p.m. The afternoon kicks off with a trick-or-treat trail at six locations throughout the park from noon to 2 p.m. and a kids costume parade from 1 to 2 p.m.

Show off your moves at the Zombie Dance from 3 to 5 p.m., with cocktails by Classy, then compete in the adult costume contest from 5 to 6 p.m. for a $100 cash prize for best costume. Contest participants must check in by 4 p.m. Learn more at this link.
